Apartment Mar Menor

Completed in January 2007 our apartment Mar Menor, with a private roof terrace, communal pool and garden, is on the 3rd (top) floor. There is also a nice balcony which is south facing and catches the sun from early morning to late afternoon - great for a chill out lunch and a glass of wine (or 2)

We had a great time choosing the furniture for our apartment and are pleased with the result. The layout consists of:

Lounge / Diner

The lounge area has comfortable seating for 4. There is a TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player. There is also a selection of CD's, DVD's and paperbacks.
(you are welcome to swop books you bring with one of ours for the return journey)
In the dining area there is an extendable dining table and 4 chairs.

Kitchen

Fully fitted modern galley style kitchen with, large fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric juicer, coffee pot, iron & ironing board.

Rear Balcony / Outside Utility Area

This small balcony houses the water heater and washing machine.It has a view over the communal pool and garden and is an ideal spot to catch the late afternoon sun.

Bathroom

A large bathroom with bath/shower, wash hand basin, toilet, and bidet.

Bedroom 1

Double bed with fitted wardrobe.
Hot/cold air conditioning.
Security safe.

Bedroom 2

Two single beds with fitted wardrobe.
Hot/cold air conditioning.

Outside

The lounge leads out onto large balcony equipped with table and chairs.This balcony is south facing and catches the sun from morning to late afternoon.
There is also a very private roof terrace equipped with a large table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
